Vøringsfossen, panoramic waterfall, Norway in black and white.
Vøringsfossen is a waterfall near the municipality of Eidfjord in Vestland County, Norway. The original name is Vøringen
The waterfall is located in southern Norway and is Norway's third most popular attraction. Voringfossen in Norway is one of the largest waterfalls in the country and in Europe. The impressive waterfall crashes down countless liters of water with force, in multiple places, which is spectacular. Voringfossen is located in the municipality of Eidfjord.
Here I have added several photos from bottom to top together, so you get an overview of the whole thing. A vertorama.
Down in the valley runs the river.
The total length of the waterfall is a whopping 182 meters, with a free fall of 145 meters high. Voringfossen is fed by the river Bjoreia, which winds through the landscape from the Sysenvatnet.
Steep mountain walls, glaciers, plateaus and lush rock faces can be admired here in the area.
I also offer a variant in color.
