About the artwork

A calm alpine lake holds a small island with a church and slender spire while forested shores frame the water. Across the bay a cliff side castle perches above the trees and the Julian Alps rise behind in soft morning haze. Look closely and you will notice faint boat wakes, fine stone lines on the church walls, and tiny sparkle dots where the sun touches the surface. The composition stays clear so shape and light lead the eye from the evergreens in the foreground to the mountains on the horizon.

This artwork is my ode to early hours at Lake Bled, when the water is still and bells carry across the valley. I wanted quiet air, steady geometry, and a feeling of gentle optimism. The mood is calm and restorative, the kind of scene that invites a deep breath before the day begins.

I built the image with clean vector shapes, layered grain, and subtle paper texture to echo vintage screen print. A restrained palette of pine, slate, and warm gold keeps it timeless and easy to place at home. On a wall it suits living rooms, bedrooms, and studios, pairing with wood, linen, and neutral paint to add a serene Slovenia accent without clutter.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
