Alsace (in French Alsace) is a region in eastern France, bordering Germany. This region is known for its beautiful landscapes, historic cities and of course, the famous Alsatian wine. Alsace has a rich history and has alternately been both French and German territory over the centuries, reflecting its unique culture and architecture. Some of the most famous cities and towns in Alsace are Strasbourg (Strasbourg), Colmar and the wine route (Route des Vins), which passes through picturesque villages and vineyards. The region is also known for its half-timbered houses and regional cuisine, with dishes such as sauerkraut (choucroute) and tarte flambée (flammkuchen).

The Vosges, also known as the Vosges Mountains, is a mountain range in eastern France bordering Alsace It stretches for about 430 kilometres and offers beautiful natural landscapes, including mountains, forests, lakes and picturesque villages.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
