About ‘Vincent in Odilons Garden’ by Marja van den Hurk
In this artwork I have combined a self-portrait of Vincent van Gogh (1853 - 1890), created by him in 1887, with various flowers from artworks by the French painter Odilon Redon (1840 - 1916).
A wonderful and unlikely combination of styles, techniques and colors, which combine surprisingly well with each other.
