About ‘Viewpoint @ Boracay, Philippines’ by Travel Tips and Stories

Boracay is a small but world-famous tropical paradise island in the province of Aklan in the Philippines. Although the island is only about 10 square kilometres in size, it attracts travellers from all over the world thanks to its powdery, snow-white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters.
What makes the island unique?
The Two Sides: The island is divided into two distinct areas. On the west side lies White Beach, renowned for the ultimate beach experience, luxury lounge bars and spectacular sunsets. On the east side lies Bulabog Beach, the sporting epicentre where kitesurfers and windsurfers brave the wind.
Travel Year 2026 Rules: Since the major ecological clean-up, the government has enforced a strict daily visitor limit of around 19,000 tourists to protect the natural environment. As a result, single-use plastic, smoking and the consumption of alcohol directly on the beach are strictly prohibited.
Practical access: To be allowed onto the island, you must register digitally in advance via the Boracay iPass and be able to show a confirmed booking at a government-approved hotel.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
