About "View of ski resort Gaustablikk, Norway"

About the artwork

Photo of the lake Kvitåvatn and the ski resort Gaustablikk in Norway. The photo was taken from the top of Gaustatoppen mountain, the highest mountain in Telemark County. From there you have an impressive view over a large part of Norway.

In this photo I really zoomed in on Lake Kvitåvatn and the area around it. It seems a bit chaotic from above, but it is a beautiful area with nature where you can take various walks, eg around the lake (about an hour and a quarter). From there you also have a beautiful view of the beautiful mountain Gaustatoppen.

At the top left of the photo are several ski slopes of the ski area, with hotels right down to the slopes. Gaustablikk has 32 runs in total, located on both the north and southwestern sides of the lake. The ski area has 12 lifts, one of which is connected to the Gaustabanen, which is a funicular that runs in a tunnel through the Gaustatoppen mountain. This takes you to the top of the mountain at 1800 meters altitude, from where you can ski off-piste.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
