About ‘View of The Storr’ by Ronn Perdok

Many people associate Scotland with lochs and castles. Yet the country has much more to offer, such as the extraordinary landscape of the Isle of Skye.

Here we made a two-day hike in the wilderness, where we camped in tents halfway through the trip. It was a tough, sometimes harsh hike with highly variable weather conditions and a lot of steep climbing and descending over unpaved stretches.

Exhausting; however, at the end you are treated to this beautiful view over The Storr, the most eye-catching rock on the island. When I see this picture, I immediately have to think back to that special trip and how we dragged each other through it.

We arrived here at exactly the right time. No rain or wind for a while, but a beautiful clearing that shrouded the Storr itself in shadows, but in the distance completely illuminated the rest of the island.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
