From one of the many panoramic viewpoints in the Dolomites, breathtaking views unfold of the Marmolada, the highest mountain of this majestic massif. With its impressive 3,343-metre peak, Marmolada rises like a giant from the landscape, often crowned by a glistening white glacier - the Ghiacciaio della Marmolada - which sparkles like silver in the sunlight.
Surrounded by jagged limestone peaks, green alpine meadows and deep valleys, the Marmolada provides a stunning contrast between rugged nature and serene tranquillity. In the distance, you can see the rock formations of the Sella Group and Civetta, among others, while mountain lakes in the lower valleys reflect the mountain landscape like mirrors.
