The Verversstraat in Amsterdam is a small street, little more than an alley and runs between the canals Groenburgwal and Zwanenburgwal, in a northeasterly direction from the Staalstraat to the Raamgracht. Characteristic for the Verversstraat is the air bridge that connects the facade walls on the northern side. This work portrays the airlift and the cheerfully coloured street.
