The photo shows, among other things, Havana's legendary and historic Hotel Nacional de Cuba, which was the accommodation of many celebrities during their stay in Havana. The hotel was also the scene of the Italian-American mafia, with the mafia conference in 1946, which was mainly led by Charles "Lucky" Luciano and Mayer Lansky. Behind it is "El Focsa", Cuba's tallest building at 121 metres.
