Two Alfa Romeo monopostos race at Circuit Zandvoort. These classic race cars are privately owned. At the same time, in Italy there is an association/foundation, Scuderia del Portello, which helps owners of these types of Alfa Romeo's with advice and assistance, and parts, to keep these cars running. Worldwide.
The current owners are both Dutch and drive the cars not only in Holland but also to events related to Alfa Romeo or Italian cars and motorsport in Italy.
There is no profit in it, they are 'only' driven by their passion for car racing and the brand they drive.
These racing cars have been restored and are meticulously maintained. The color red is of course Rosso Alfa. The livery is as much as possible in line with the original livery.
