About the artwork

Triptych Buddha statues. Three Buddhas in a row. Panorama size. Buddha with long ears.
These Buddha statues can be found in Sri Lanka.
The Gal Vihara rock temple is best known for four colossal Buddha statues, the standing Buddha, the reclining Buddha and two sitting Buddhas. These statues are carved out of granite. The 7 meter high standing Buddha is the most present and is seen as the most beautiful statue. Along it you can see the 14-metre-long reclining Buddha. On the other side of the entrance you can see sitting Buddhas. The Gal Vihara is one of the most famous sights of Polonnaruwa.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
