On Theodoorplein in the heart of Valkenburg aan de Geul stands the characteristic VVV office, a landmark for visitors and residents alike. The building, built of warm marlstone, reflects the atmosphere of the town itself: hospitable, historic and steeped in Limburg charm.

In the play of light and shadow, the structure of the marlstone comes to life. The soft hues of gold and honey catch the sunlight, while the surrounding street and square exude a quiet, almost village-like intimacy. Here past and present meet where travellers begin their exploration, and the city shares its stories.

Theodoorplein is the beating heart of Valkenburg: surrounded by terraces, trees and historic facades, with the sound of flowing water in the background. In this image, the essence of Valkenburg comes together a city that cherishes its heritage while being open to the world.

The tourist office symbolises that connection: the starting point of countless walks through the Geul valley, the marl caves and the rolling hills. A place where tradition and wonder meet, caught in the soft Limburg light.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
