It is still early and the sun, just above the horizon, is trying to make it another bright sunlit day. But to do so, it must first pass through the morning mist, which still hangs above the ground. It is another typical morning in the Bargerveen. In the foreground is a footpath. In the middle, you can see some trees and shrubs whose tops already catch a little sunlight while they stand with their trunks in the mist. In the distance, you can just make out a windmill that stands just across the border in Germany. In the sky, you can see the typical condensation streaks of planes that have flown over.
