"The structure of impermanence: a Hydrangea leaf" is a macro photo of a hydrangea leaf that has almost completely decayed already, only the beautiful vein structure remains. This makes the leaf very fragile. The background is blended. If you zoom in on the photo, you can clearly see how detailed the leaf is.
Because I chose a shallow depth of field, you can't see what the background is, giving it a beautiful decorative function. This also immediately creates a sense of depth in the work.
In post-processing this picture, I adjusted the colours so that it is variant of the original with light shades of brown. (If you look in my Work on the Wall shop, you can also see this work with other shades of brown).
This work "The structure of impermanence: a Hydrangea leaf" could hang beautifully (on ArtFrame, for example) in the kitchen, dining room, bedroom or just above the sofa in the living room!
