In the evening, the bridge is illuminated. The bridge is a suspension bridge over the northern half of Tokyo Bay. The bridge connects the Shibaura district in the special district of Minato with the artificial island of Odaiba.
The bridge was completed in 1993 and is 570 meters long. The bridge has two floors.
