Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

Beautifully printed on canvas. We placed the artwork against the back wall of a cupboard, and we enjoy looking at it very much. But you can also hang it up straight away, because the hanging system is already mounted. The artwork was very well packaged and the delivery was excellent. In short: we are very satisfied with Art Heroes.

About ‘The great wave of Kanagawa, Hokusai’

The great wave of Kanagawa (????, Kanagawa Oki Nami Ura) is a woodcut (ukiyo-e) by the Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai. It is the first piece of the Thirty-six faces on Mount Fuji and Hokusai's most famous work. He published it in 1832.
