Tips for use

The Cinque Torri - Avera ski area is without a doubt the best area of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Several north-facing slopes give this area great snow security. The Freilicht Kriegsmuseum Cinque Torri or "Museo all'aperto della Grande Guerra delle 5 Torri" in Italian, is an open-air museum near the holiday region of Cortina d'Ampezzo. This impressive museum about the First World War in the Dolomites is located near the imposing mountain massif Cinque Torri (Five Summits). When visiting the Freilicht Kriegsmuseum Cinque Torri, you can take a 1 to 3 hour walk along the remains and through the trenches.
