Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘The era of the tail fins’ by Skyfall Iconics

The picture shows the impressive rear of a Cadillac Series 62 coupé - unmistakable with large, futuristic-looking tail fins and double rocket-shaped tail lights. The glossy black of the paint, the generous chrome and the elegant lines create an iconic silhouette of the automotive era of the late 1950s to early 1960s. The perspective emphasises the fin, which seems to rise into the sky like a space rocket.
The mood is nostalgic, glamorous and dramatic.
The car seems like a symbol of the American optimism era - a belief in the future that has been cast in metal. The dark, pared-down studio atmosphere casts the shape in an almost museum-like light. Overall, the image appears proud, timeless and elegant, with a touch of retro-futurism.

Like many of the people here, I am an amateur photographer and digital creator. There are many ways to take good pictures. In the end, I always ask myself what is possible when my camera is used. Where I can't go any further, I use AI. The results speak for themselves. As a photographer, I know what's important and can combine the best of both worlds.
My art is not elitist and should be accessible to everyone. It is important to me to reach a wide audience.…
