The Elleboog Church (formerly known as Onze Lieve Vrouwe Hemelvaart) is a neoclassical hall church in the Dutch city of Amersfoort, on the Langegracht. The building is 33 metres high. The Elleboogkerk, dating from 1820, was destroyed by fire on 22 October 2007 and was completely restored afterwards.
The foundation for the Elleboogkerk was originally laid by Capuchin Father Gabriel. In 1638, he set up a small chapel in his sister's house at Kromme Elleboogsteeg on the corner of Langegracht. In 1783, work began on a new church in the form of a three-aisled hall church. This church had half the length of the building as it stood at the beginning of the 21st century.
