"The colourful lines of a peacock feather" is a picture of a very small piece of a beautiful peacock feather. Because of the colours, you probably recognise the feather. But because this photo was taken with a macro lens, you not only see the lines of the colours but also the lines of the feather, which in turn are subdivided into lines. If you zoom in on the photo, you probably understand what I mean.
It actually looks like the feather is made up of tiny feathers.
The part of the feather I photographed is a small part near the eye of the peacock feather, hence the beautiful colours. To make the colours even more striking, I exposed the feather with two lamps. This brings out the colour beautifully. This was a search for the right amount of light so that the feather was nicely lit but not too bright. This creates a calm image consisting of a shade of green brown and blue.
This work could, for example, hang beautifully as wall decoration in the bedroom, dining room, kitchen or simply above the sofa in the living room! (Obviously also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room!
