Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

Beta feature. You need an AR-capable device (a recent iPhone/iPad or Android). The AR view is only an indication; colour, size and finish may differ in reality.

About ‘The Wishing Sunflower’ by samuel saltwater

"The wishing sunflower, there's a rumor it grants blessings. Not sure about all that, but it really is something, I can tell. And if it really does; there it is, my one and only wish - of course I'm not gonna tell you. Just in case it's the same rule, as blowing candles on a birthday cake."

I take my photographs with a film camera, scan the films myself and touch it up in post using Lightroom. The analog processus brings that texture that almost looks like a painting, and the final adjustments allows me to bring out the full power of the colours present in the film.

More about ArtFrame

Meet the artist

samuel saltwater

montpellier, France

I've been on and off about photography since middle school, it started out with my dad's old film camera.
I went on to a photography school, but realized if I had to spend all my time focusing on one passion I'd rather it be my guitar.

So I quit.

Sometimes I'd pick up a camera again, and it was enough for a while.
As I kinda shut myself from the outside world to focus on my new music project and completely lost track of everything…
