Under Iceland’s deep blue sky, Sólfar — the Sun Traveller — seems ready to set sail. Its steel silhouette stands out against the dawning light, set against the snow-capped mountains and the calm waters of the bay. On the horizon, Reykjavík is slowly coming to life as the last stars fade away. Caught between the warmth of the city lights and the chill of the winter landscape, the sculpture almost becomes an imaginary ship, heading towards the unknown.

An invitation to travel, to discover, and to explore those horizons we always dream of reaching.
