Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘The Sparkling Violetear of Ecuador’ by Lex van Doorn

An intimate portrait of the Sparkling Violetear, photographed in the cloud forests of Ecuador. The picture shows the spectacular purple and blue iridescence that makes this hummingbird so unique. A razor-sharp nature document that brings the vibrant colours of the Andes to your living room.

My advice: For this particular bird with its metallic sheen, HD Metal (Glossy) comes highly recommended.

Effect: It enhances the 'Violetear' stain and the sparkle on the breast, making it look as if the bird is really coming out of the plate.
