In a field where the tulips have lost their bloom, the transience of nature is visible in every wilted flower. What was once a vibrant sea of colour is now a silent reminder of what has passed. The petals have twisted and fallen, the stems bending under their own weight. The flowers' roots are intertwined, a silent witness to the cycle of life repeating itself. The beauty of the moment has passed, but a new peace has settled in.
Nature has withdrawn its energy into the earth, where the cycle of life slowly resumes. What remains is evidence of the ephemeral splendour of the flowers, which now retreat to the bulb, where they will rest until the next season of flowering. This process of decay is an essential part of nature, where the end always makes a new beginning possible. The field is empty, but it is also full of promise for what is to come.
