Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

About ‘The Reformed Church of Den Hoorn on Texel.’ by Jose Lok

This little church stands like a silent sentinel in the middle of the green field, where the morning or evening light glides across its white façade. The slender bell tower lends rhythm to the village, whilst the surrounding houses and bare trees evoke a sense of simplicity and security. The whole scene exudes tranquillity, tradition and a touch of melancholy, as if time moves just a little more slowly here.

In the quiet heart of the field, the little church stands like a breath between two moments.
The tower points towards a sky still wavering between day and night,
and the soft gold along the horizon seems to whisper a blessing over the village.
Houses lean against time, trees trace thin lines in the sky,
and all of this together forms a tranquillity that goes unspoken,
but simply exists as if the landscape itself wishes to stand still for a moment.

My husband ( Arie Lok ) and I are both fanatical photographers so we regularly go out together to photograph beautiful landscapes, animals, birds and actually everything that is beautiful.
He with his Nikon and I with my Canon.
We were regularly asked to do something with these photos, this made me decide to open this webshop.
Here you will see both of us, even though my name is on it.
