About the artwork

This winding path felt like an invitation. I didn’t plan to take this photo—just stumbled across it on a ride when the light was doing that magical thing it does right before sunset, when everything turns golden and the world feels just a little softer. The trees, bare and reaching, seemed to lean in like they were watching the road too, curious about where it leads.

What I love about this scene is the rhythm. The way the path curves gently, almost playfully, as if it's leading you somewhere secret. There’s no rush here, no destination you need to reach quickly. Just a quiet road framed by winter trees and kissed by late afternoon light. It reminded me how beautiful the in-between can be—those transitions between places, between seasons, between moments.

To me, this photograph is about movement, but the kind that feels slow and deliberate. It’s about joy in wandering, in not knowing exactly what’s around the bend but trusting it’ll be worth it. I hope it brings that same feeling of calm curiosity into your space—a reminder that sometimes, the journey itself is the most beautiful part.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
