In the Bosnian city of Mostar stands the "Sniper Tower"; one of the tallest buildings in the city, once intended as a bank but never completed, stands as an empty shell in the streetscape. Due to the open sides of the building and the perfect view of the city, the tower was frequently used by snipers during the Yugoslav war to get their enemy in sight and take them out.
Today, the building is dilapidated and closed to the public. Every now and then a curious tourist ventures out to explore the abandoned tower. Or is it not completely abandoned after all....
