The ancient landscape of De Alde Feanen national park in Friesland, the Netherlands, on a winter morning in January. A peat landscape where the time-honoured crafts of reed-cutting and fishing with traps and nets still take place. Cautiously, the sun warms the land, colours the clouds and so does the last of the mist.
