Time flies like the clouds over the North Sea. This picture was taken with a shutter speed of 32 seconds, blurring the clouds and everything that moves. Only that which is stationary remains in focus, in this case the horizon. The big white cloud in the background moved just a little slower than the waves of the sea so it is sharper (but still not quite) The unusual light and horizontal movement make this an almost entirely abstract image. Beautifully soothing above the sofa or in the office.
