About ‘Teide gorse in autumn’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

Gentle and full of warmth, the Teide gorse shines in golden tones under the mild autumn sun. Its fine, filigree flowers look like thousands of little suns that catch the light and return it in a bright yellow colour. The gentle wind makes them sway gently, as if they were whispering to each other, and covers the landscape with a delicate veil of movement.
Behind this sea of flowers, the Pico del Teide rises majestically. Its mighty peak, often shrouded in a thin layer of cloud, rises confidently into the deep blue sky. It towers over the landscape like a silent sentinel, unshakeable and full of majesty. The rough, barren surface of the volcano forms a fascinating contrast to the delicate splendour of the Teide gorse, whose colours almost seem to glow in the warm sunlight.
The light of the afternoon sun bathes the scenery in a golden glow that gently blurs the boundaries between earth and sky. It is a moment of tranquillity, of being at one with nature. Everything seems harmonious, as if wrapped in a dreamy veil. Here, where the gold of the flowers meets the stony grey of the volcano, transience and permanence merge into a picture of timeless beauty.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
