About the artwork

This is a rare tawny owl on the Zandlaan of Beetsterzwaag Opsterland Friesland. Next to the Lauswolt golf course. There is a long history of the Zandlaan from the nobility. It is the old connection to Lippenhuizen. A beautiful area developed by the noble Harinxma family. This tawny owl decided to live here in the summer of 2023. From here he has a great view of all the possible prey passing by. The tawny owl is very shy. Initially, the tawny owl went back into its burrow as early as 50 metres away. After a month, he was so used to us that we could approach him at 5 metres, he would look diagonally down, but knew we were not harming him. Many people do not notice the tawny owl because of its camouflage colour, it is a total unit with the oak tree in which its burrow sits. Turn your room into a complete forest, combine with other works from my albums, the prints are sharp enough for that. Use the forest as a place of rest. Here, people are quiet and friendly. An exceptional woodland setting that is rare in Friesland. Beautiful old beech trees interspersed with other hardwoods, pine firs and other conifers. Stand here and feel completely zen. An area where it can be completely quiet. 'at night you can hear the tawny owl here and see the pine marten. Just enjoy nature to the full. The peace and quiet.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
