In the gentle stillness of the Hegratsrieder See, nestled between the picturesque hills of the Ostallgäu, a magical spectacle of nature reveals itself. A majestic swan, in its elegant splendour, glides over the mirror-smooth surface of the water as if it were the conductor of a secret water symphony orchestra.
Its plumage, an artful contrast of brilliant white and shimmering sunlight, tells stories of grace and grandeur. The sun's rays dance on its feathers as if performing an invisible dance, adding to the magic of the moment. The surroundings, kissed by the golden sun of the Allgäu, form the perfect backdrop for this poetic encounter.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
