The Phare de la Hague, the lofty lighthouse on its rocky foundation, stands in the golden evening light, while the sun will only be visible above the horizon for a few more minutes.
The last few days have been more cloudy, but now the clouds are thin enough to let the sky itself shine in warm tones as well.
This image is also a long exposure, which can show the strong current of the rising tide in a much softer way.
Photography is painting with light. According to this motto, my pictures are created, whether as a long exposure or simply in the first or last light of the day.
