A 16:9 photo of an early morning on the beach at Gueirua, a small pebbly bay that is particularly striking for its beautiful scenery. At its eastern end, a row of sharp stone islets protrudes from the ocean, the remains of an ancient broken point of quartz and shale. This area is called La Forcada and separates Gueirua from Calabon beach.
It is a pristine area, with few visitors and no facilities. It can be reached first by a path and then down a long staircase.
Playa Gueirua is located in the village of Santa Marina, near the town of Cudillero.
