About ‘Sunrise Ahu Tongariki Easter Island’ by Bianca Onderweg

A long-cherished dream and finally I was there, on Easter Island. Of course I also wanted to get everything out of it and one of the most beautiful things to see there is the sunrise behind the famous 15 statues in a row, called Ahu Tongariki. So we took a cab to this spot early in the morning and waited for the sun to rise. It was absolutely worth it. The colors and shadows change every 5 minutes, it was beautiful. In this picture you can see how the sun is just above the horizon and the rays are shining between the statues.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
