About "Stripes on the black beach."

About the artwork

Praia do Porto do Seixal is the beach Seixal is known for. This black beach is located next to a pier, making it well protected from strong currents. A perfect place to swim with children too.
Praja de Laje is the beach hidden among the rocks. The beach is located on the west side of the village. On your way here, you will first encounter a long beach and if you drive further, to the end of the road, you will find Praja de Laje. This beach is also known as Jamaica beach. The beach owes this name to the palm trees that line the path towards the sea. The beach consists partly of black sand, and also a stretch of small pebbles. Located between the rocks, and with its clear blue water, it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet. Here, the water was captured with a slower shutter speed so you can see the streaks you see when the water recedes.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
