De Nederlandse kust op de Noordzee bij Noordwijk aan Zee op een stormachtige en regenachtige dag. Aan het einde van de dag, tegen de avond, kwam er een beetje zonlicht in de wolken, waardoor de grijze lucht verrassende kleuren kreeg.
The Dutch coast on the North Sea at Noordwijk aan Zee on a storm and rainy day. At the end of the day, towards the evening, a little sunlight came into the clouds, giving the gray sky surprising colors.
Die niederländische Küste an der Nordsee in Noordwijk aan Zee an einem stürmischen und regnerischen Tag. Gegen Ende des Tages fiel gegen Abend etwas Sonnenlicht in die Wolken, was dem grauen Himmel überraschende Farben verlieh.
La côte néerlandaise sur la mer du Nord à Noordwijk aan Zee un jour de tempête et de pluie. En fin de journée, contre le soir, un peu de soleil est entré dans les nuages, donnant au ciel gris des couleurs surprenantes.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
