About ‘Still waters run deep’ by Joëlla Bos

Pausing in the water, reflecting on life. Standing still whilst everything else moves slowly. The water moves. Your life moves.
This work symbolises standing still and living in the moment. Standing in the midst of the ever-moving water and making the decision to simply be there for a moment. Letting it happen. Just deep enough in the water to feel it, but not to be swept away.

The soft colours, contrasting with the dark blue water, make this a work of art that radiates tranquillity yet still catches the eye. The composition is slightly different, which makes you wonder what is happening here. It is a piece that allows questions to arise within you but does not force them out.

A subtle and somewhat mysterious artwork that brings tranquillity to a space. Perfect for an interior with character, or, for example, a holiday home where atmosphere and personality come together.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
