Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Still life gilt in a foot vase’ by Saskia Schotanus

Even wilted flowers can be beautiful.
The Melancholy look of this red tulip in the foot vase is enhanced by the hanging leaf.
As background I chose old wood from a demolished old flower box. The table has turned a bit green which matches the green of the vase and the leaf of the tulip.

Because I like to walk a lot and capture the beauty of nature I got an "old" Nikon D5200 from a hobby photographer friend of mine.
I thought it would be fun to photograph flowers from up close so I quickly bought a macro lens. This gave me a lot of pleasure. Nature is so beautiful.
Later I traded my Nikon in for a new camera. A Sony from the A series for which I also bought a macro lens. Besides photographing nature, I also find it interesting and facinating…
