It was one of those clear nights when the world seems to stand still. My journey took me to Bendeleben, a small village in Thuringia, nestled in rolling hills. There, in the castle park with its enchanted pond, a very special scene awaited me: the Milky Way stretched like a luminous arc across the night sky, while its reflection delicately appeared on the surface of the water.
I came alone, but I didn't feel lonely that night. It was as if the sky was telling stories - of infinity, of dreams, of all that is greater than us. A family of ducks moved quietly across the water, their gentle movements becoming part of the long exposure and lending the image an almost magical vibrancy.
