About ‘Stairwell Monastery’ by Henk Elshout

In 1909 the construction of a monastery was started in a small town in Germany. After that, the monastery had a turbulent history. For example, Adolf Hitler used it from 1939 as an Euthanasia Centre. In 1992 it became vacant, and from then on it waits for a buyer.
