Composition of light, colour and geometry. In the centre, a structure spiralling upwards, photographed from a zenithal perspective. The dynamic form evokes associations with infinity, the golden ratio or the natural order of growth and movement.
By reducing the colour palette, warm ochre tones contrast with deep ultramarine blue and cool grey, with the colours seemingly interwoven in a visual dance. The interplay of light and shadow lends the scene an almost sculptural quality - the staircase is shown here not merely as an architectural object, but as a visual symbol of transformation, depth and the passing of time. The flow of lines creates an almost meditative effect and invites contemplation of space, perspective and movement.
My picture speaks the language of modern architecture as well as that of abstract art. It could be presented as a photographic art object in a contemporary photography gallery, or as a visual statement in design and architecture exhibitions, poetically reinterpreting space and time.
For many years, photography has been my life companion and I work on various projects. Enjoy the selection of my pictures that I present here for you... Read more…
