Common snowdrop is a perennial, reproducing mainly by bulbous plants.
Soil: Slightly shaded or sometimes sunny places on moist, moderately nutrient-rich to nutrient-rich, slightly acidic to slightly calcareous, humous soil (clay, loam, sulphur, low moorland and sand).
