About ‘Skógafoss’ by Sander Peters
Skógafoss, near the town of Skógar, is a waterfall 60 m high and 25 m wide. The rising of Iceland after the last ice age caused the coastline to retreat. As a result, cliffs were left behind here from which Skógafoss now flows.
