About the artwork

A picture of sublime tranquillity spreads out before you - the Eissee lake in the rear Oytal valley rests like a polished emerald in the midst of lush alpine meadows. Its crystal-clear surface reflects the steep rock faces of the Großer Wilden, the majestic peak of the Allgäu Alps that rises boldly against the summer sky. The scenery looks like a painting - the light dances on the water, while colourful flowers bloom in quiet splendour on the banks: purple bluebells, bright arnica and delicate thistles, as if to preserve the secret of the mountains.
Wildness and harmony merge here. The scent of fresh grass fills the air, a gentle wind blows through the valley, carrying the sound of distant waterfalls. No sound disturbs the natural order, no human being, just the eternal whisper of nature. It is a place where time stands still, where the soul comes to rest and the heart beats to the rhythm of the mountains.
The Great Savage watches over the valley like a guardian made of stone, old and unmoving, but full of stories. And the Eissee, so clear, so deep, seems to know them all - the legends, the longings, the silence between the stones.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
