The men fishing on the pier the men photographing ships or birds. The green and white striped harbor beacon on the pier. The rust marks on the ship.
The ship comes speeding by I was ready with the camera to photograph the ship on this sunny day. This ship comes to the port of Amsterdam more often. It is one of the ships that keep the channel at depth. The ships would otherwise never reach the port.
The sunny day with the different ships that passed by. Beautiful in the paint or many rust traces from the salt water. I photograph the various ships entering or leaving.
The little bit of fog at sea gives a special effect to the photo.
Raw and the harbor as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbor is a different world. The landscape of the harbor is always changing. The ships, the people and the landscape continue to fascinate me.
