About ‘Shell Heart’ by Dagmar Hijmans

Who doesn’t love the sea? The beach, the shells, the sand between your bare toes… The salty water… I took this photo whilst on holiday in Zeeland. It’s lovely to be on the beach and not have to do a thing. As far as I’m concerned, the beach is the quickest way to get that real holiday feeling.

There are always lots of beautiful shells to be found on the Dutch coast. Here, I’ve carefully arranged them in a heart shape to symbolise my love for the beach.

How lovely would this look on the wall? For the true beach lover.
