About ‘Sheep with lamb in stable’ by Rossum-Fotografie
A lamb is a young sheep. The appearance of lambs in the meadow is for many people a sign that it is spring. The ewe is usually covered in November and she laments some 150 days later, in April. The ewe lambs are often still covered in the same year and then get their first lamb in the spring itself.
