About "Several animals in one portrait"

About the artwork

This artwork was inspired by a very special request from my mother, who lives in Greece. She wanted a portrait of all her beloved animals, a beautiful collection of cats, dogs, chickens, turtles, ducks, and birds. To achieve this, I photographed each animal individually and then brought them together into one harmonious composition through digital editing.

The result is a warm and playful scene that celebrates the unique personalities of these animals. Each animal has been given a spot to suit its character, from the relaxed tiger cat lying on the sofa to the curious dogs standing in the foreground. Soothing Greek nature forms the backdrop, with dramatic skies adding a fairy-tale feel to the scene.

This work carries deep emotional value, as it is not only a work of art, but also a tribute to my mother's love for her animals. It reflects harmony, connection and the beauty of sharing your life with animals.

With the combination of photography and digital editing, this work has been a technically challenging project. Merging so many elements into one natural-looking image required a lot of patience and precision. Yet the end result exudes tranquillity and balance, making it a perfect fit for a space where nature, warmth and stories are central.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
